Hello, My name is Fadi and I'm the owner of Fairfax CTO. I have been in IT for over 25 years and seen a lot of stuff. I have managed NOCs, multistate enterprise environments, 24/7 service desks, and even had a retail computer/cell phone repair shop. I'm not afraid to crawl under a desk and fight dust bunnies to plug in a network cable, or sit on a 10 hour call with a vendor to fix a software issue.
I've shifted my focus to becoming a Fractional CTO a few years ago and have made it my specialty to help direct SMBs grow and realize that reliable IT infrastructure is much more cost effective when done right.
